Saw Infeed Conveyor
These can be either gravity-roller type, or a continuous driven roller conveyor with chain drive rollers.
The conveyors are capable of forward or reverse directions, controlled from the operator station at the final cut-to-length saw.
Saw Gauge Table
Receives the extrusion from the infeed conveyor and is set to the proper length for the extrusion being cut.
It can range from a simple manual-set system to a sophisticated, automated operation.
Tables are available in a variety of lengths and widths, with the height adjustable to your saw.
The saw gauge table moves extrusions from the saw table to the off-load conveyor.
