Profile Stacker

The Belco Profile Stacker is designed to stack the cut extrusions using an age oven racking shelf. The system will have a set of belts that move the material to the profile stacker centerline. The racks will be transferred under the belts and material will be picked up to load the empty racks.

Rack Stacker

The Belco Rack Stacker is designed to stack the fully loaded extrusion racks onto the Age Oven Conveyor to create a full batch to be aged. The rack stacker will pick up one rack and load it onto the corresponding conveyor lane for the operations.

Profile De-Stacker

The Belco Automatic Profile/Rack De-Stacker is designed to remove the stacks of racks loaded with profiles similar to the above stacker. The system will have a set of belts that move the material from the stacker centerline to the packing station roller conveyor. The racks will be transferred under the belts and to the rack storage system.

Empty Rack Storage System

The Belco Empty Rack Storage System will receive empty racks from the Rack De-Stacker and place the racks on to a multi-level storage conveyor. An automatic empty lifting and transporting device will pick up the rack and move it to its storage location. The empty rack stacker will stack tall racks on the upper level and the half racks on the lower level of the storage system. The storage system will have a device that will remove the required racks from the lower or upper level based on the customers’ requirements.
